How cold does the water get?

It’s cold, but my previous machine seemed colder. We love it more for the coffee. The hot water gets b\very hot.

Where can I get additional reusable coffee filters that fit into the compartment?

Ok but the other reusable pods don't fit in this one. We had a bunch for our Keurig we had before, but we just moved and decided to buy this primo dispenser. Our old reusable ones do not fit. And I cannot find any that will fit flush in the tray you have to push into the primo dispenser, the way the cup that comes with it fits. So......

Is the 43” measurement with the iPod storage door open ? It just fits under my shelf but want to make sure I can open the storage door on top

No I am sorry the 43" is to top of the unit. The compartment door adds another 11" fully open. Best of luck.

Water is at room temperature . Is there something I’m not doing?

There are switches on the back that turn on hot and cold water
