Acid reflux
If you have heartburn or acid reflux this is not for you. It’s taste fine nothing special. It’s spicy because of ginger and other ingredients. I added slices of lemon to make it more tasty. Would I buy again probably not. Good packaging better than other tea bags. Don’t like the flavor. If you buy from their website is slightly cheaper and you get discounts when you buy multiple and they have 3 other types of teas.
