ANUPAM Sketcho Slate Book A4 Black Pages Sketch Book 80 Pages, 180 GSM

I have been looking for a black sketchbook for a long time and this is the only one I found. Was little apprehensive before buying because I wanted a 300gsm paper. But I still have this a shot. At 180 gsm, it is good and brilliant at the price point too. I have used camel poster colours and gelli roll pen. Both work brilliantly. Will add more pictures when ready. Would recommend for beginner artist as well as pro. It is spiral bound and hard bound front and back cover. And it is jet black.

The book is good. But i expected thicker paper at this rate. I could have just used a black chartpaper from local market by cutting it into pieces which would have been way cheaper than buying the book at this rate as both have similar thickness. I wish you had kept the papers thicker than having unnecessarily thicker hardcover which anyway has bent corners. The only advantage is that i have a manageable book available easily. Gellyroll colour pens come out well on this. Overall if you can afford then it's a good buy else you can do jugaad by using local chart papers. If Anupam works on making the papers thicker at same rate ill give it 5 stars.

Written 80 pages but as per the price it shpukd be 80 sheets.So after spending 460/- Rs. I got only 40 pages to use as u cant paint both of the sides of the sheet.No doubt the paper quality good.But very very high price. So I am not satisfied.

Black superb book , one thing I did not like is they mentioned 80 pages but it's just 40 pages ( but its 80 when count front and back sides)

The best black sheet art book ever have. The page quality is really good.

Good product.Papers are thick and binding of the sketch book is awesome.Great for painting.Recommend this product.
