Product Not What It Used To Be 14 Years Ago
Product Not What It Used To Be 14 Years AgoI purchased this "marble" non-stick cookware (KW Marble Ware) from a small Asian market in northern California about 14 years ago. The little Thai restaurant in the back used them in their kitchen. I absolutely loved the stuff and ended up purchasing a whole set worth: 8" fry pan, 10" fry pan, 12" fry pan, 10" wok, 12" wok, and 14" wok. When I came home to Alabama a couple of years later (near Christmas time), I went back to the market and purchased a wok and fry pan set for both my parents and my three siblings. The stuff was just that fabulous.Fast Forward: at about 10 years, the smaller more frequently used items started to show their age: non-stick started being not so non-stick but still fairly okay... but the coating started to come off and I don't consider them safe to use at that point. I discarded them and utilized the larger pieces moving forward. Over the next 4 years, those items also started to fail. But I felt like I got good life out of all of them.I was wondering if I could find someone still in CA to go look and see if these pans/woks were still available and could ship them to me. Then I saw them on Amazon. I was thrilled. I verified the brand with the two remaining ones I had (KW stamped on the bottom, and everything about them seemed exactly the same including their shape, textured bottom, and handles). I bought the 8" wok first to try... it would be perfect for "Chef Ramsey Scrambled Eggs". It worked like a dream. My son was home from college and loved it so I bought him one shipping it back to his place... and then I went to town buying more for me: another 8" to be a separate sauce pan (to keep my egg pan just for eggs), 10" wok, and the 12" fry pan by accident... 12" is HUGE... returned it for a 10" fry pan.The 10" wok came in a perfectly fine box, no sign of damage at all; but it was totally cocooned in bubble wrap and packing tape (not normally how it is shipped). After cutting it from it's cocoon, it looked like someone used it for a baseball bat. The 10" fry pan (delivered in separate, undamaged box) had a chipped handle. Processed a return/replace via Amazon. The 2nd 10" wok was also similarly deformed, though not nearly as bad. The 2nd 10" fry pan's handle was not seated properly (a gap between the handle and the pan piece it is supposed to be attached to. The 2nd 8" wok had a chip in the bottom of the pan and several scuffed off areas along the rim, each revealing the aluminum below... and when I was on the phone with customer service, I picked up the wrong 8" wok and noticed that it also had a small area on the inside rim-edge that was showing aluminum. This is when I noticed that a side by side comparison of both 8" woks revealed that the first wok already looked noticeably dull like the coating was already wearing. I called my son to check his, it too has defects, so we are sending that back as well.So out of 7 items, all 7 had defects ranging from being straight up shipped with major damage, to handle defects, to minor defects to the major characteristic that you would purchase the item for... the non-stick coating. Honestly didn't look closely at the 8th item, the huge 12" fry pan, so I can't speak to that one. I was so disappointed. I wanted a new set of this cookware so bad. As for the coating coming off in under 2 weeks with the first 8" wok, I only hand wash this cookware with Palmolive dish soap and a rag. So there is no reason it should have shown wear that quickly.... 2 weeks is ridiculous when I got 10 to 14 years out of the first set.

MIRACLE PAN
We treat it like a cast iron. Use it daily. LOVE this thing! Zero stick! So easy to clean with a simple rinse and wipe.

FANTASTIC
I came very close to finally breaking down and buying AllCLAD, then saw this on Amazon. I decided to give it a go since it wasn't too much out of pocket should it turn out to be a disaster. What a fabulous surprise! These Ceramic Marble coated pans and pots are truly wonderful. I use them nearly every day and have yet to have one problem; no sticking, no peeling, no burning on the bottom of the pan. I have a glass top stove and the pans have no issues at all. Sometimes I use a smidge of butter or oil for added flavor but many times I cook without fats and everything comes out great. My only issue is that I wish the line had more options. I have a couple of other odd sized pots and pans I would love to replace, but so far I have 3 of these and they are worth it and such a deal.

Great!!!
This is the third size of this pan we own. These are easy to clean and have a non-stick coating that lets eggs slide around easily. No more throw-away non-stick pans for me. These last for years. We use paper towels in between in the cupboard to avoid scratching.

Just Buy this!
By far the best pan I have ever owned! Between my son and I we use it about 4 times a day every day since I got this almost 2 months ago. Everything we cook still just slides out. I am looking at getting a second because we are fighting over it, and do not want to keep taking turns with the pan :)Just remember you need to use the correct oils and do not get the pan too hot! We use butter and no hotter than 40% of max for heat. The wrong oils and to much heat is what ruins non stick pans!

Best, long lasting nonstick!
I purchased one of these in a larger size about ten years ago. It was the best pan, so I purchased the smaller one this time and another for my son to check out. Would have given it five stars but it's difficult to find matching lids. You can buy flat universal lids. Best nonstick I've found.

Great Non-Stick Pan
I bought this pan about 5 months ago to use making eggs over easy and I must say it lives up to its non stick name as the eggs just slide around without effort. My Caphalon Non Stick pans aren't so non stick anymore, and I was looking for a good alternative. I considered buying the Orgreenic pans, but the reviews were not so kind, but then I came across the Ceramic Marble Coated Cast Aluminum Non Stick pan and I'm glad I did. Very pleased with it so far and am buying a larger version for everyday cooking. I don't see any wear on the non stick surface so far, so I'm hopeful this pan will last a long time.

Quality of merchandise
Unfortunately I could not value this product, because I got defective fry pan with handle chipped off plastic, it was returned immediately, then the replacement has the same issue, cracked and chipped off on plastic handle. It was returned again, no any use experiences. However, I also purchased the same brand CERAMIC Work from the another seller, it is good cooking tool, easy to clean, no complaints.
