Elf Logic Large 18” Easy Assembly Warm White LED Moravian Star - Hanging Outdoor Christmas Light - Use as Holiday Decoration, Porch Light, 3D Fixture, Advent Star, Wedding & Ballroom Venue Decor

Overall I am extremely pleased with the elf logic 18 in hanging Moravian star. It gave a spectacular topper for my 7 ft Christmas tree. I was looking for something larger than a typical tiny star that you find at most retail and also on Amazon. I like that it came pre-assembled not like the others on Amazon. Many of them you have to put together from scratch which would be very difficult. There were a few things I found slightly annoying. The instruction pamphlet to me was unclear. I then went to their website but could not find a video on it. They're supposed to have been a piece to Anchor the bulb in place. The instructions stated it was optional so I guess my version did not have it. One thing I found a little aggravating is how to keep the socket and bulb secure inside of the star. I do not know if I actually figured that out but since you are setting it upside down on a Christmas tree because the bulb was pointing up, I did not worry about it falling inside of the star and causing it to burn a hole in it. The slight weight from the cord kept it in place. That might be an issue if you were hanging it from your porch or from a window. I did wish that they had included some way to attach it to the top of my tree since it advertise it could be used as a tree topper. I just used the zip ties and it's secured it quite well. Overall, I think it was beautiful! I would definitely purchase again. Next year I might buy a few more to actually hang outside on my front porch. They make a huge statement! Update.... January 14, 2019 I loved the star so much, I just couldn't pack it up in the Christmas stuff. I'm now using it in my living room to create ambience. The bulb seems to be holding just fine so I do not think you will have to worry about keeping the bulb in place. I recommend this star for Christmas and any other occasion or decoration.

So easy to put together. Pretty large, bigger than expected. This was the centerpiece of our front door entrance decoration that earned us the best Christmas decorations in the neighborhood. Looks great! The star is softer than the hard plastic ones, but still holds its shape outside. Good value. Should last for a long time.

Easy to clip together and unclip for storage. Lightweight soft plastic. In the photo the star is just temporarily put up so we could check it out. We preferred this one over another brand because this one could be stored easily. Very happy with the purchase.

This star definitely exceeded expectations. The size was just right, the brightness and color matched our incandescent lights with a nice, warm glow, and it survived just fine outside. We hung it from our front porch flagpole, ran the cord down the pole, and the look was really nice. Best thing about it is how easy it is to use and how easy it is to store away. It folds open and closed like those old-fashioned 3D party decorations, and stores flat, but the material is a thick, translucent plastic film. No assembly required! Ours did not have a timer, but it did not say it did. This should last many Christmases. I’m tempted to leave it up all year. Great choice!

This light is beautiful. It is bright enough for playing games over the holidays. Very easy to assemble as well.

Living near Old Salem, NC, I looked for years for this decoration. Found two years ago, it’s the first decoration to go up at Christmas time and stores perfectly the rest of the year.
