I feel it is a little weaker than golden seal I get subscribed by my functional nutritionist but it still dampens my craving for gs for sweets just not as strong.

I think this tincture is good quality. I’m no expert nor do I have tremendous experience or knowledge regarding herbal tinctures but what I can say is my boyfriend has eczema or some rash appearing to be just like it behind his ears and on his neck and I applied it topically and it went away after 1 use. He uses it regularly now and the rash has been gone. He ingests it and also uses it topically. It seems to help stomach issues as well. I started using other tinctures by this brand and have no complaints. So far so good for the price especially. These tinctures can be expensive so this is a more reasonable brand for me.
