I was offered a choice: Refund or select another item that they would send me (in either case, she told me to keep the red as their gift). Because I needed a wine color specifically and did not see that among the available choices, I opted for the refund. They processed the refund within 24 hours.I have updated the review to a rating of 5 stars because of this company's excellent customer service and diligent efforts in making things right.I will add that the quality of the blouse, as other reviewers have attested to, is nice. The fabric is soft and it drapes nicely and is a flattering style for any body type. Fit is true to size. Good value and price. Aside from the color issue, I had no complaints.
