I ordered these Brown Rice Maifun noodles via Subscribe and Save for the extra savings and we are thoroughly enjoying them! Love that they are 100% whole grain dry noodles made from brown rice. We appreciate simple foods with ingredients we can pronounce! Smile. The fact that this cooks up in 5 minutes is a nice added bonus too.This is low fat and also happens to be gluten free and vegan (not super important for my family but simple foods are much better than most of the processed junk out there). No preservatives. Currently an excellent value.We've used this for stir fry so far and are finding that once you mix it in with the meat and veggies, the noodles break down to almost like basmati rice size pieces. I'm convinced it's something I'm doing wrong and will get it right after cold rinsing more quickly or something. Still delicious anyway! Pairs well with Asian style veggies, sauce, and meat.Uploading some photos so you can see how it looks before I break it down, lol, and how it arrives. Smile. Hope this is helpful!
