Bradford Exchange Clara And The Nutcracker Heirloom Music Box

This lovely music box was just as described. Nothing was wrong or broken. It was well packed and plays delightfully.

The peice itself is beautiful; I’m guessing the others commenting negatively on its appearance simple ran into bad luck because mine looks just like the picture. Though it has to be said, the inside is way too empty for the price... it’s just a twirling balarena in an empty bland void of nothing.The part that ultimately bothers me, that I know everyone has experienced but not commented on, is the actual music itself. The sound quality is meh and the number of notes played out of the entire Sugar Plum Fairy is atrocious. It plays one note at a time and misses the best parts; also, for some reason, in the middle of the song it plays overtop of itself so you have two parts playing at the same time... but at least it looks nice.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for a friend of mine. She loves it.

A piece of the inner FELT was LOOSE I fixed it but just like my other purchases from Branford it was damaged

This is a beautiful piece! The quality is wonderful and it is numbered with a certificate as well. Nutcracker has always meant a lot to our family as we have three ballerinas who have danced many parts in this wonderful holiday show! I highly recommend this, even with the high price.

What a great gift for a three-year old granddaughter. My wife and I are looking forward to when she opens this late Christmas gift. She's going to love it.

Very beautiful, but the crank doesn’t move on its own and the music is out of tune.

The music box sounds are very light. Could be much better sound!
