I, personally, LOVE this pillow! I've tested it in many positions from stretching exercises to sleeping with it because I have suffered a very stiff neck for over 25 years.Well, I've had it for quite a while now & for a stiff neck, this is what I found! I've been going through pillows like kleenex trying to find a pillow that won't kink my neck while I'm sleeping. Though, it took a bit of getting used to with the solidity of it & size, I have YET to wake up with neck pain since I began using it. Not Once! And that shocks me to no end, considering how solid & stiff this is made.I also use it for back support when in bed watching my shows, on my side for legs when they cramp & for sleeping semi regularly. I've learned that between this & using no pillow, I no longer suffer stiff neck in the mornings or throughout the days, so for that alone, I give this 10 stars!I've tried too many pillows to count that seem to work for a little bit, then that stiffness comes back on fire. I've tried so many cervical pillows that now are collected on the guest bed. Very frustrating since I deal with chronic pain.I do wish it were a weeee softer, but being so firm, I believe that is the reason my neck doesn't hurt anymore so am not sure any softer would do my neck any good, but it DOES take getting used to if you are purchasing it for sleeping like I did.Absolutely love this pillow!Love the design! I bought this for chest opener and stretch out and release my tight back muscles/knots. Very firm so when I use it in bed, it still does the job on a medium soft mattress. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is for my purpose I would have preferred a little shorter in length so it would be above my sacrum and between the scapula. This is at my lower neck and tip of the sacrum. The bolsters/rolls everywhere are either too short or too long (or too soft) and this one for me is slightly too long but this works due to its firmness and for what I was looking for.

Works for what I need. Very firm so sometimes bothers my back when stretching. Overall works good.

Sturdy- just the right firmness for support. Works great with my barre classes as support for core workout positions. Love the pattern and smooth fabric. Hubby complained they were too firm- if using dual purpose to lounge with on a couch.It's a bit big in diameter to be a neck pillow for my small frame- but helpful support for arms on a couch.

I use this as my nightly sleeping pillow. It's decent for what it is, though it loses shape quickly. It would be nice if it had a zipper installed so that more stuffing could be added.

I purchased this as a support for restorative yoga. It is a perfect size, and thickness. I. appreciate the eco friendly and organic makeup of this cushion. There is no chemical scent. I love this support and find that I use it more than just yoga - but as a daily support.

This bolster arrived yesterday and out of the package I'm pleased. It is very firm - not squishy and collapsible, about which I was concerned. I got the two-toned olive and cream bolster. The fabric has a textured, slightly rustic feel, but not uncomfortable. It's too firm for under my neck, but it is perfect under my knees when I'm laying on my back. Looking forward to using this bolster.

Great for support as it doesn't lose its shape, but soft enough that it doesn't hurt.

Great product however smaller than it looks in picture. I use this for yin yoga and does what it needs to do to support my back.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter.... I can’t wait for her to open it... it looks great and feels nice and firm. I was so pleased when it arrived ... I’m sometimes disappointed with online items as they are often not as pictured but this did not let me down.
