Excellent product.
Tasty - for added flavor mix in a bit of dried chives and a slice of melted cheese. Be sure to rinse the macaroni before adding the cheese.

Gluten free Mac and cheese option
My husband and I are trying to eat more gluten free and this is a great option that we add as part of our gluten free options. We usually have this Mac and cheese once a week.

These are so delicious! Sometimes I add more cheese, but it's not necessary!

Good gluten-free boxed mac and cheese
When I buy this product, I eat mac and cheese pretty much every day, and I’ve bought this pack eight times now, so I’d say I’m probably qualified to casually assess its quality at this point. If you like boxed mac and cheese and you’re on a gluten-free diet, this is as good if not slightly better than Kraft’s, and more importantly the quality is consistent with what you’d get at the grocery store. Of the gluten-free mac and cheese brands I’ve tried, this is my favorite, but that, just like everything else in this review, is just my opinion. In terms of value, this pack goes on sale very often, so each unit often costs less than what you’d get at your local store. It’s still too expensive, but that’s true of most ready-made gluten free food products. Eating this for many consecutive days definitely affects my weight, health, and complexion, but nobody should be eating mac and cheese every day.

Yummy Yummy Yummy I've got Mac in my Tummy!
I had to give up Mac and Cheese about 2 years ago, when I found out I had a gluten issue. Trying to keep my carbs down as well, I've rarely eaten pasta of any kind in the last 10 years, but always looked on longingly as others snarfed it down. Got a great deal on several boxes and said why not. It was very good. I made it even better by sautéing diced jalapenos, onions, and mushrooms in garlic before adding the sauce and then stirring the noodles back in. Then I added a can of Albacore tune, and finished it off with a sprinkling of turmeric and fresh cracked black pepper. Delightful!

Blows all other mac & cheeses (GF and regular) out of the water
This mac and cheese is stupendous. I had never had any until I came home the other day and my wife handed me a bowl of white cheddar mac and cheese for dinner. I knew it would be gluten free because we don't eat gluten, so I wasn't sure if the noodles would be good, given that some GF products can be hit-or-miss. I was shocked when I ate the first bite of this. It is creamy and the noodles taste like real noodles--none of that stiff taste that some GF noodles are known to taste like. Another thing that makes this mac and cheese so delicious is that the cheese doesn't clump up like the cheese in other mac and cheeses do. Finally, the cheese has the perfect mix of richness and tartness. It has a nice taste and is a bit unusual (in a good and welcome way) for a mac and cheese mix. The icing on the cake: buying this 12-pack turns out to be $2 cheaper per box than our local grocery store. Downsides (there are a couple): (1) We're down to box 2 of 12. This shipment arrived within the past seven days, folks. (2) I've started making it for dinner now on more nights than I'd like to admit (see #1 immediately above for the result of that). Sadly, when I hand my wife her bowl of macaroni, she always asks with a glimmer of hope, "This isn't the WHOLE box, is it?" But it always is. It's darn near impossible to eat just one serving. So, we end up wasting 80% of our daily calories on whey, cultured pasteurized milk, non-animal enzymes, and sodium phosphate. Essentially, we can't go back to any other brand! It's delicious! And there's no comparison between this and Annie's single-serving microwave mac and cheese; this one is the clear winner.

Not even gluten-free anymore and still my Mac of choice
I am no longer eating gluten free, but I still choose to eat this product over others because it is so easy on the GI system, and it tastes really good. If you add a little butter or milk and lots of black pepper, it is perfection
