Such great health benefits
Fantastic product ok a little dearer than other brands but you get what you pay for. Milk thistle supports the liver and so it’s important to go as natural to nature as possible and this is. Great for everyone . My friend used it when he had gout problems and seems to improve his condition. I take it every other day and it’s improved my well being loads. I will continue to support my liver with this as we know the liver works hard to support us.

Take note, Very large capsules
I was really pleased when I found these to order, and that they were organic. However, these are very large capsules, and the capsule shell is tough. I wouldn’t recommend these to anybody who has difficulty swallowing large capsules. I appreciate the capsule shell is vegan and therefore not supple, but I cannot cope with them. I was really pleased that there were no fillers in these capsules, so now am disappointed that I can’t take them. I’m wondering why they need to be so big, and also the recommended dose is 4 a day which is a large dosage. I will give them away to a good swallower, and stick to my milk thistle drops.

Love that these are organic
I didn’t get to use these very long before I became pregnant again, but while I was using them I felt as if they worked great. I don’t really have liver issues but every once in a while after over indulging I like to take one of these to make sure everything is working the way it’s supposed to.
