I have to admit I was a bit skeptical seeing some of the more negative reviews, and I'll change my review in a month (1/17/26) if I stop seeing how great it is, but I love it! It feels like chapstick and gives my lips the light tint I crave. I am someone that loves to apply lip balm, so if it wears off quickly I wouldn't know it. It is definitely moisturizing and great color quality. Speaking for the pink one.

Love it! I’ve been looking for something like this for a long time. Great rating on Yuka app that also is a good color for me (the pink one is subtle but really pretty too) super moisturizing and stays on for a long time. Will definitely buy this again!

Gorgeous color and formula. I was introduced to Jane Iredale when I worked for a plastic surgeon who sold her products in his office. I tried this lip stain back in the early 2010’s and fell in love when there was only 1 color. I have not used it in years but bought recently and it is still very well formulated. The color is buildable on lips for me. Would love to get the other colors but the price feels high to splurge on more than one right now. It lasts a long time and the packaging is sturdy and feels good in my hand.

This is my favorite lipstick for "feel" and color, but it is purposefully moist, and I've had several of these lipsticks BEND and BREAK off before finishing the tube. It's disappointing to pay this price and then not be able to use the whole tube.

Forever Pink - My skin is warm, fair-medium and it added a nice flush of color and light glow on my checkbones and brow bone. Looks natural and is buildable, but you don't need much. Wait a few minutes before adding more. It lasted all day and feels light on your skin. Love it on skin. Lips: If your lips are very dry, you need to exfoliate dry lips first or it will pill on your lips. It's not drying on lips, but not very moisturizing either. I like the color on my pale lips as it makes them look darker and still very natural and subtle. The only downside is it doesn't last long on my lips, but nothing does. After the morning application, I'd rather reapply a $5 tinted balm in my pocket that I can use all day for more moisture. I'd still reorder it, but only because I think it looks very good on skin. If your lips aren't on the dry side, it may last a long time and is great for a more natural look.
