Move over Ikea, and Office depot, the Chinese are blowing you out of the water!! This chair is.....AWESOME!! It took me about 10 mins to put together, and I didn't even read the directions until figuring out where the long and short arm rest bolts should go. Instructions are good, and they give you extra parts, and the allen wrench to put it all together. I also LOVE that they include lock washers, and washers, so the bolts don't come loose later. The seat part is 21" wide, so it will accommodate a larger person. I love everything about this chair, in fact, after putting it together, I put it into recline mode, and foot rest up, and fell asleep in it for 20 mins. You can lock the recline mode, at any angle. Everything is great about this. Who ever designed this chair, cheers!! Thank-you for the great thought in the design!!

disappointing, the white color is off in areas its darkerit feels loose generally and leans to the rigtht a bithead rest is super cheap, loosebut its a place to sit...fully reclined to fully erect, the head rest has to be adjusted every timeits ok... but probably would look at a different chair, at the very least opt for blackafter a few months its getting loser and crappier, will probably have to replace in year if not soonerupdate: less than a year later the compression cylinder that makes the chair go up and down is failing,still garbage

It's cheaply built with very poor quality - plastic everything and low-quality plastic even at that. The backrest was constantly off center and then to my amazement, the cylinder popped through the base scratching my hardwood floor. Yes, I'm adult size, but not a tank. This chair MIGHT be OK for a 12-year-old, but I doubt even that. Why it is rated so high is a mystery to me.

After reading the listing and reviews, I was set on this chair. Once constructed, which was fairly easy, I was pleasantly surprised by the material. However, I found my seat cushion to be defective. The foam made sort of a very loud crunchy noise every time I sat and stood up and the cloth seemed like it was separating internally. I requested to return the item to the seller, but instead they requested to send me a replacement cushion. I agreed, since the rest of the chair was exactly what I wanted. In a few days the cushion came, I installed it, and it is now my favorite chair. Only thing I do not care for is the material on the arm rests. I would have preferred it to just be a smooth plastic rather than cloth. But that is just a personal preference, and It doesn't really take away from the chairs awesomeness.PROS:- Sell communication, responsiveness, customer service, issue resolution- Chair is as described and reviews are accurate- Comfortable (I sit all day as I work from home)Cons:- Arm rests topped with a cloth material- Reviews of headrest are accurate, not stable, but supportive.

This chair could be something special but a couple of major flaws keep it from getting there. First, it is flimsy in some areas, most notably at the headrest. This can be easily broken if you’re not careful. The other flimsy area is the reclining mechanisms, I can see how repeated use of this feature will result in damage/failure. Second, is the lack of cushioning. The ergonomics of the chair are very good, but the poor cushioning prevents one from benefiting from it because they cannot remain seated for very long. Improvements in both Sturdiness & Comfort would then justify the $200 price tag, but not as is. I would recommend that you look elsewhere for an ergonomic office chair.***UPDATE***Headrest just broke. Snapped at its base with nothing more than me leaning back and placing my head on it. Dropped the rating to one star. Very disappointed.

Chair arrived early, simply instruction but clear with pics. Took me about 15 mins to assemble it.The chair is comfy abd supportive. No issue after a straight 12 hours in the chair.My previors office chair was abasically low back office chair. After six years or so I decieded to get one is more supportive for the long session without skimping on comfor. This one perfectly fit my needs.Stylish and clean look- a quality i would expect for beyond the price.In fairness for the review I should state that while I am an average sized male and these chair arms rest positioning are perfect for me.

You can feel the bolts through the foam seat. I bought this in November 2019. By March 2020, one arm broke and the footrest broke. I do use this chair a lot since I do a lot remote work from home, but I sit in it. I don't jump on the thing. I'm past the return date. This sucks! Way too expensive to break after such a short timeI bought the warranty and never got a response from them either. Skip this chair. Your wallet will thank you. I am 5'2, 190 pounds. I had to put pillows on the seat to make it usable. Buy a better ergo chair and a foot cube, you'll be better off

I love it!!!!!! This chair save my neck and back. Most comfortable chair for sitting at my computer all day than the other ones. . It adjustable for naps and that's really comes in handy. You can also adjust the height of the chairs like the others and even the leg support extension length. This ergonomic recline chair caught my eyes when I was searching one for my new home. I decided to give it a shot considering its affordable price. Now I am very satisfied after several days' use. It looks stylish, sits comfortable. Its multiple height, tilt, lift and lock positions can meet different needs in different situation.It is also very easy to set up, took about maybe 10 or 15 minuted to build! Best chair ever!!!!!!!
