Lions Midget Gems - 454g Old Fashioned Chocolate Candy

LOve these and deliciously fresh .. a taste of my youth. Sweets from the Olde Tuck Shop. LOL

Unfortunately it arrived with a rip at the top of the bag…. I think it had an impact as the gems were not flavorful… totally disappointing, nevermind.

So disappointed with this purchase. The candy was rock hard, tasted stale, box smelled strongly of cigarettes. Blechh!

Tasted and looked old. Sell by date looked like it was a homemade label, it was not printed on bag. Neither were the ingredients.

I bought these as a gift for a friend who loves Lions Midget Gems. They are difficult to find in the shops, so I thought I would buy these for him. They are definitely the real ones. Though at over £5.00 for 454g, I think they are a bit expensive.

These was awesome, still the same taste as I had them when I was a kid, would defo order them again

Cost of P&P more then cost of sweets. Taste is excellent

Terrible quality. Yes the black ones are the 'original' taste, however the whole package of these sweets were of a texture you would expect with really old stock. To the point that it affects the quality and taste. I don't know whether this is a 'one-off', however i will not be ordering any more, or indeed recommending to anyone else. A total waste of money and i have thrown them all away.
