OneGrill Premium Insulated Grill Rotisserie Spit Rod Handle

Installed in seconds, fit perfectly. Note to self: do not try to cook two nine-pound pork butts at once

After 5 years the thread inside my old handle was broken and pulling out causing a bunch of problems. I ordered up this replacement and my weight is tight and secure again.Should have done this a year ago, vs the tape job I was using to get by

My first impressions with this handle are that it is much beefier than the handle it is replacing. It is solid instead of hollow and its surface is patterned instead of smooth. Its also longer and larger diameter than the one that broke. The rod screwed into the brass thread insert fine though it had a lot of play until it was snugged down. I like its feel in my hand and fully expect it to work well in use.

When screwed to the rod the rod handle tends to loosen on rod

This is a NICE Handle. The one that came with my  onlyfire 18-1/2 Inch Charcoal Kettle Rotisserie Ring Kit for Weber Jumbo Joe Portable Grill and All 18-1/2-inch Charcoal Kettle Grills, Stainless Steel  was cheap thin plastic. The Handle broke the first time using the rotisserie pulling the skewer off the Rotisserie. This Handle is heavy solid plastic. The Handle is slightly larger in size compared to the Onlyfire handle. Fit right on to the skewer. The Handle is ribbed for pleasant gripping. Gives me Jedi-like control of My Skewer.
