Good counting with no mistakes, made work much easier. Costumer services was very convenient to our time to fix technical issues.

Our veterinary practice has been using the Rx-4 for almost three years and it has really helped our staff save time counting pills. It has been especially nice not having to do inventory counts by hand anymore, the machine makes it so much faster with no errors. Rx Count's customer service has been great and we would definitely recommend the Rx-4.

Works great for out 5 veterinary practice

We were looking to make a jump from our current pour through pill counter (Kirby), and purchased this to give it a try. We fill 300+ scripts a day in our pharmacy, and we have been using "pour-through" pill counters for in our pharmacy for over 20 years. We were excited to give this machine a try but we had to send it back after just a few hours of use for several reasons.1. It does not count as fast as advertised. The 500 tablets per minute is only for very small tabs, I counted 300 HCTZ 12.5 mg capsules, and it took well over 1 minute.2. There's no cover over the pour tray, so some of the capsules were launched in the air and on to the pharmacy counter.3. There's a tab that must be adjusted for each individual drug. In order to get an accurate count you have to adjust a small metal tab on the back of the counter. It was finicky and sharp, and I'm pretty sure my techs would never do that.4. The trays were not high quality. They were see through, which was a nice feature, but the trays didn't look very well finished. They also did not slide in and out of the slots very smoothly, and I was afraid that they would break or get jammed.5. The trays are pretty small. There is no overflow sensor, so you have to watch to see when its full to pull them out, the machine doesn't stop counting when it senses its full.This might work well in an environment where there is minimal pill counting. but in a fast paced retail environment, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.*Edited to add* I will say that the return process was quick and hassle free, and upon reading my review the vendor did contact me to discuss my issues with the machine. I do think it speaks volumes about a company to stand by their product. I'm adding a star to the review to reflect the optimal customer service.

This pill counter has exceeded our expectations. It is so much easier to fill vials and count inventory with this product. We were counting pills by hand and it took forever...now there is no more wasted time re-counting due to miscounts or interruptions. We like it a lot and it is a real time-saver.

This product has made our job a lot easier.
