Or can you just plug and play?** A: I had no issues with this mouse I just plugged it into the back with the usb connection and hey ho we're good to go. **Q: Can it be used for Gaming?** A: Yep. I use mine playing GTA V. **Q: My mouse is now regularly jumping the opposite direction when scrolling down. Any advice on how I fix this, or will I need to replace it?** A: Hi Emma I did not buy this mouse so don't have first hand experience (excuse the pun) but you could possibly try another mouse instead of the one you are currently using (ie borrow one for a few minutes) and check to see if it is the mouse or one of the mouse settings on your pc/laptop. To access setting, left click on the Microsoft icon on the bottom left of the screen and click on settings and then devices. One of the things I found with some of the non-wired ergonomic mouse makes is that after a short while some of the buttons stop working as they should (eg one type kept scrolling back a page rather than move left) so it could be a build failure. I returned my faulty versions and Amazon refunded straight away. I am currently using a Tecknet wireless mouse (model EWM01576) which seems to be working fine. It is just a little small for my hand so I may look to get a bigger one in the near future but otherwise it is comfortable to use and reliable (so far - approx 3 months use). **Q: I bought this mouse through amazon in april 2020. i need to return it under warranty as it is now defective. please confirm what i need to do?** A: I am sorry I don't know about returning item but I will say that mine stopped working for a bit and I gave it a clean with a cotton bud and it started working again and has been fine since so maybe try that first. X ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great mouse for those with RSI *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 18 April 2026* Having worked in customer services for 20 years I’m no strange to repetitive strain injury and painful hands, I’ve used a similar mouse for the last year or so. After returning from annual leave to find my mouse had gone walkabouts I had to look for another, I was very pleased to find this one as it’s exactly the same as the one that went missing. It’s easy to install - just plug in and go, as it’s wired no batteries to worry about, very responsive and for someone who is badly affected by RSI in my hands this takes the pain out of operating a computer mouse. This mouse stops my hand from hurting at the end of the word day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent mouse, fits well in hand *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 January 2025* I've bought the mouse in 2021 and it's still holding up great. I've had zero issues with it. The vertical design and ergonomic shape have been a huge help for me as someone who has a tendency to really tense up my fingers. In any normal mouse I would come away with hurting fingers, but this has solved my issue. It definitely takes some getting used to, especially with the way you click but once I was past that stage my hand and fingers fit far more naturally with this mouse rather than the standard ones.If someone struggles with wrist pains I'd advise getting a little cushion, I know it was necessary for me, as the mouse wouldn't do it alone.Plus the price is really resonable for a solid product that I got.For reference my hand measures aprox. 17cm (up to the middle finger) and the mouse fits perfectly in. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product, but do not buy if you have small hands... *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 July 2021* I have been diagnosed with carpal tunnel and bought this mouse in order to ease the discomfort. Whilst it's good quality and easy to use, the only problem I found is that is a bit too large, hence the low rating in comfort. I have small hands and short fingers, and I couldn't reach the end of the buttons, ending with more pain as I had to change my arm position. I have given the mouse as a present to someone else and they love it, but it was too large for me. ## Frequently Bought Together - Trust Verto Wired Ergonomic Mouse, Vertical Mouse with LED Illumination, 1000-1600 DPI, 6 Buttons, for Right Hand Users, Computer Mouse for PC and Laptop - Black - New Horrizon - Mouse Mat BLACK ANTI-SLIP COMFORT MOUSE PAD MAT WITH GEL FOAM REST WRIST SUPPORT FOR PC LAPTOP - Compatible with Laser and Optical Mice --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.lk/products/90773678-trust-verto-wired-vertical-ergonomic-mouse-with-led-illumination-black](https://www.desertcart.lk/products/90773678-trust-verto-wired-vertical-ergonomic-mouse-with-led-illumination-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Sri Lanka* *Store origin: LK* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
