Bought 3x because I wanted it to be a loose fit (5'4, 200 lbs). Was very pleased with the size I received, so size up if you want it to be oversized. It's very soft, warm, and comfortable. Using this as an inside sweater rather than an outside jacket, so it's perfect for what I bought it for. I don't use the zipper.

Light but warm! Perfect for my international flight!!

I really like this jacket. I got the khaki - which is more orangey than it sounds. Really good color. It arrives vacuum sealed and feels like a board, but as soon as you open and remove it from the sealed package, it starts to take shape. I washed mine immediately to see how it fared. Washed in cold and dried on low setting. No problems with washing / drying. I have worn a couple of times now and have had no issues with fuzz getting on my clothes - like some other reviews claimed. The zipper is awful - which I expected based on other reviews. Cheap and catches in the fuzz of the jacket, so difficult to zip. That is why I gave only 4 stars. The jacket is unlined, so just as soft on the inside as it is on the outside. Very warm despite being unlined. I usually wear a medium in most tops and ordered the large for an oversized fit. I like the way it fits - big and cozy. For reference, I am about 5'5" and 140 pounds. I have ordered another color at this point and am considering a 3rd - maybe with a hood. All in all, I think it is a good value for the price (I paid about $32).

I bought this for festivals/raves because I wanted something soft and cuddly and warm AND cute to wear at night. I haven’t gotten to wear it out yet but it definitely checks all those boxes and I got mine for a great price so I won’t feel bad if it gets ruined or dirty or anything. I did notice it sheds a bit at least when it’s first out of the package, and I’m hoping if I wash it, that it won’t lose its softness. But, as of now I do not know how it will do in the wash. I’ll be watching for more colors to go on sale! I normally wear a M/L but I got an XL for an oversized fit and I love the size/shape.

I LOVE this coat, it’s so warm and soft. It’s definitely true to size, so if you prefer cropped, size down and up if you prefer larger jackets. I will say that this took FOREVER to arrive. For some reason it was stuck in customs for a few days but I finally got it after 2.5 weeks. So, if you’re looking to get this jacket for a special occasion, ORDER WELL IN ADVANCE!!!

This jacket is very comfy and soft. Kept me warm! For the fit, If you want a relaxed or looser fit, I suggest you size up. I usually wear 2x but I went up to 3x and I’m glad i did. I am 5’2 and this sits passed my butt. I love this jacket!

I bought this jacket and I was surprised how warm this jacket is. The only thing that bothers me is the length of the sleeves. I’M 5.8 and have long arms . Sleeves seems short for my arms . Other than that is a cute jacket.

I wanted to love this coat! I got a similar one in tan. Not this brand. I couldn't find one from that brand in black within my proce range at the time. Its nice and cozy, not too heavy but good for the cooler days, not cold days. The zipper.....it gets caught.every.single.time!!!!I am keeping it and working through the zipper issue. Most of the time I leave it open. Just easier.

So comfy worth it to buy

Had low expectations because I read the poor reviews primarily. But this met my expectations especially for the price. Is it the highest quality? No. It’s true what they say about the zipper being fiddly. But mine arrived fluffy and clean and soft. I put it in the dryer on air-only setting to get any dust and loose fabric out and it’s been great since. I am tempted to wear it everywhere because it’s so cold right now but I got the light pink one and it isn’t exactly the most chic color for my coloring. it’s a very light baby pink and looks more like a house coat unless i dress it up properly with shoes and accessories. I am 5’6 and 118 lbs and I got the extra large. Its very roomy which is what I wanted. It covers my bum and the arm length is perfect. I am tempted to get another color because I really want to wear it everywhere and not just at the grocery store or during the school run. But I already have too many jackets. Disclaimer: I haven’t washed it yet so I don’t know if quality will hold up. But extended wear hasn’t made it deteriorate yet.

This is so worth the money!! It came vacuumed packed but it was immediately fluffed up. I'm usually a medium/large in tops sonI ordered an XL to fit more oversized. It's very oversized, maybe a bit bigger then I expected but its fine. It's super soft and cozy. As others have mentioned you need to e careful and slow when doing up the zipper as it gets caught in the fur underneath. The material behind the zipper shouldn't be fur, should be a thin material. I would purchase again in different colors!

I returned one, which was a horrible green-brown, and exchanged it for what I thought would be a nice khaki. It's more like poop brown. It's an awful colour. It cost me 22$ Canadian to return the first one, and although I was told Amazon would refund me up to 20$ for the return payment I have yet to see the money. It is too much hassle to return this one. It is soft and warm, so that is nice. The medium fits more like an XL. I'm 5 9' and 140 pounds, size 4 and the medium is ginormous. I'm going to wear it in the garden and to walk the dog and as a cozy sweater at night in the house. Buy it in black or white.
