I do a ton of coloring due to the job that I have requires a ton of waiting on a guest to enter our stores, it can be very stressful as we are commission based, I have learned to use the time wisely. coloring with these pens and the quality 20 or so books that I have purchased make for a 12 or 15 hour day to pass quite quickly without any Issues. They do not bleed thru the paper but the gel releases for the most part super smoothly for coloring and shading. I totally recommend these to beginners, intermediate and professional artists or just the ever day color fanatic as I am!! Happy coloring!!

I dont care what you plan to use them for, they are crap. They took so many pumps to prime, and some of them never completely wet the tip with paint. No paint flow. The second time I went to use them I had to prime them all over again. They didnt stick nice to the surface, and there was no way to shake up the paint, because there is no ball inside. Not good for rock painting, or any kind of painting.

I wanted to love these. The first time I opened them, primed them how they said, used one, recapped it and I LOVED the detail I could do. HOWEVER when I went to reuse a color after the initial use, it was clogged or something and won’t work. I had them capped correctly. I’m talking a couple minutes between uses of the same color. It did come with a couple extra tips and that seemed to fix a couple of them but what about the other 10 that don’t work?!? I’ve tried pulling out tips and cleaning the ones on them since I don’t have any more extra to absolutely no avail. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but I wouldn’t recommend these

These just arrived via FedEx today and I was so excited to use them. When I opened the box and the plastic bag inside, I found that a few of the pens had leaked all over during transit. What an incredible mess. I had to clean gel ink off of most pens in the package and the ones that leaked are nearly empty bringing my 100 colors down to about 95. I don't want to pay to ship back the pens, but I'd also really like replacement pens for the ones that leaked all over. If I lay these pens flat, will they leak all over? Better not chance it. Vertical in the stained container, it is. Color me disappointed.Edited: Emailed the distributor the same day the pens arrived and have yet to receive a response.

Awesome selection, vibrant colors

I am irritated with these paint markers. I first disliked them because the tips are so hard plastic the tips do not absorb the paint very well. Instead of flowing thru the tip the paint drips out all around it.I have only had this set for a week and I do plan on returning them lightly used, do not care! Because I hadn't even finished this small 8x11 art piece and although also used another better brands, black pen, this companies black pen just ran out of paint. So literally i used it lets say in a time frame to best describe it, maybe 15 mins and its out of paint. I have shaken it, pushed the tip down for almost a minute, etc and not one drop of paint comes out. They cost far too much to not only have crap tips but for the black to already be out of paint! I don't suggest this overly priced poor quality paint pen set.Update: definitely returning. Worst Markers Ive ever used. None of them work. Only had them for a few wks. Do not buy!

Unfortunately the unit came with colors smeared everywhere inside from leaking pens! Box it came in wasn't damaged or dented, just looks like someone slapped a couple hands full of gel pens in. Lids sort of on, but I cannot imagine how anyone could have missed the lack of quality- let alone useability. I actually have them sitting in storage because I'm afraid to donate them to kids for safety issues. Real shame. Was really hoping for some basic quality.UPDATE: Without any prompting from me, company contacted (via Amazon provided email). To- Now sit down for this part -to APOLOGIZE & ask if there was anything they could do to make me happy, based on my negative review. Took them 3 tries; as I ignored the first two (figuring if the junk they sent was indicative of their quality then what's the point except to warn others). Well, no ridiculous proof needed for them to believe me, no "return them, buy a new set, THEN get refund on bad set once they receive it & I'm out another order and shipping amount" game. Nope. They went above and behind, offered to simply send a replacement set. No new shipping, no games. What I received was a completely different animal. All quality, no leaks, great colors, no missing, broken or inside leaks in canister. So I now must amend to a 5! Giving the benefit of the doubt that this IS what is sent to all orders. Just know the container is flimsy, not used for regular storage; (which I had hoped for because it shows all easily grabbable pens and would be both terrific storage and useful for when using pens). Because of their follow up & persistence I have amended to a 5, where it likely is a 4 because first one did after all, get sent & meh storage. Prefer container not meant as storage to be mentioned in description. I'd have still purchased knowing that and been happy. But again, I had not complained, (& this wasn't like it was hundreds of dollars being spent with them; just a regular mid range first purchase with them, hundreds with Amazon & their other vendors), a vendor noticed and CARED. How often can a customer say that nowadays?! The pens are gorgeous, few meh colors, mostly perfect. Only a few skips but I feel that may be due to my being left handed - so far nothing colors my hand as I'm working with them either. Big plus! This company defines great people.Very happily surprised with renewed faith that decent companies (that don't make a new customer jump through hoops to be believed and more than satisfied) do exist. I'd buy from them again for this product: for the customer service personnel, final product beyond expectations especially given the night and day difference from the original set received. Replacement received was timely with no extra shipping charges. Hopefully the QA person was fired, & that this set is now the actual correct product for all, not just sent for poor reviews. The first set sent seems almost like a bad joke.I love this company.

These are fine point paint pens, so they work a bit differently than those I have used in the past.You do need to push down on the tip to get the ink flowing. I needed to do this every few minutes to keep it going.The colors are lovely and vibrant, paint is smooth and doesn't skip. You can achieve very fine lines.
