Good god am I addicted to these little soup packets. I’ve had Tom Kha soup in several different Thai restaurants and the flavor of this base is on point. It’s also easy to make. I add veggies, protein and lots of cilantro to mine because I’m extra, but really it doesn’t even need extra flavor! I taste plenty of lemongrass, lime, and fish sauce.

I had been using various mixes available in small jars form local pan-Asian markets (some Chinese, some Korean), but those products kept changing and periodically disappearing. This stuff had good reviews online, so I tried it .. and it was love at first taste. Astonishingly, given that it was shipped form halfway around the world, it arrived in a timely fashion, in fine condition. You do need to add coconut milk … and that's fine with me. Great stuff. Make a superb curry as well as a great soup.

Product is a bait and switch. I ordered previously and received produc that claims to use ingredients not including monosodium glutamate. The one shipped very clearly indicates 2% MSG.

I've struggled to get fresh ingredients for tom kha in the united states. While it's not as good as a fresh bowl in Thailand, this paste is incredibly convenient and packs a flavorful punch.

We absolutely love this stuff. You can mix it with whatever type of vegetable, tofu, fake meat you have and it comes out delicious every single time. The service is wonderful we have never had a problem yet. We have ordered this product five times now and it always is the same excellent, prompt even though it’s from halfway around the world, never once have they let us down. We will continue to buy this product as long as Amazon keeps selling it

This is delicious and easy to use. I add coconut milk, fresh chicken breast, fresh mushrooms, and an extra spoonful of coconut oil for a rich and flavorful soup. It costs more than another brand I bought, but I like that this has a very mild level of spice but lots of flavor.

As I remember my order, I was to get 3 or 5 packs. I only received one. Also, as I remember having this before, it was pretty good. Watch your order. It also took over 2 weeks.
