Does this work for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra?

It'll fit the rear bumper. I had a machine shop cut it down 2 inches and re-thread it smaller to fit my front bumper and not look goofy on my 18 elantra.

What is the total length from thread end to hook?

Been too long ago for me to be exact but it was something like 6.5-7" before I had a machine shop cut and retread the shaft to fit my car.
