Q: Will this unit hold 120 cds in their jewel cases, or only if they are removed from their cases?

Yes it will hold 120 CD's. But you should plan not to use the divider supplied. If you use the divider then the maximum is 114.

Q: How high can you stack these when filled with DVDs? I'm concerned about how easily the bottom box in a stack will break.

Can't really tell you. I've got five stacked with no problems. It seems to me with the weight distribution of the cds being fairly even, you could probably stack as high as you want.

Q: How many dvd's in sleeves will this hold?

I can get 25 DVDs on each side. That' 50 in all.

Q: What are the inside dimensions of the MCB-LMB?

The interior is 5 1/2 inches deep by 17 1/2 inches wide by 17 5/8 inches long, with two non-removable dividers across the length and some removable dividers for the sections.
