I take two drops of this per day to make sure I'm meeting my Vitamin A needs, as animal sources of Vitamin A are much more difficult to get than plant sources unless you eat a lot of organ meats on a regular basis. So far it's been working great and very cost effective.

Expiration date was only 6 months ahead, not any description about the awful plastic taste it had. Not any visible effect after 2 months of using. In few words not worth buying

Didn’t notice a difference in vision at all. Tastes a bit like carrot juice. Dosage was a bit hard to discern as web site said one thing and dropper seems to have separate measurements. Might try a different supplement from this company.
