My sister recommended this pre/probiotic. I was hesitant to try a new product because the last probiotic product bothered my stomach. However, this product does not bother my stomach. I take it every morning and feel much better.

I have tried several types of probiotics, but this brand is doing a better job.

Can't tell much difference from the other pre/probiotices

I have been on a GLP1 medication for a couple of months. One of the effects of the medication is a slowing of the digestive process, which caused heart burn, sulphur burps, and constipation for me. I had tried a few pre-biotic, pro-biotic, and digestive enzymes separately. I found myself taking so many supplements every day that I was searching for a way to reduce the number I had to take. I found this 3 in 1 pre-biotic, pro-biotic, and digestive enzyme. What a difference! I only have to take 1 pill a day to get everything that I need. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

This has really helped I have been using this for 6 months and notice a drastic change I have diverticulitis and IBS this has helped me so much I feel great I have not had an episode since taking these .

Seems to be making a difference. Far less gas and cramping as I continue to take this.

The first two bottles I bought, I had excellent results. This last bottle feels like they changed the formula along with the bottle. I'll be looking for something different.

Of the many probiotics options in Amazon, I made a choice to purchase this because of the clean ingredients. A holistic dentist had recommended us to take a probiotic to improve gut health. We start having loose stool several times a day after taking this and the stomach kept making rumbling noise. After trying about a week, my brother and I felt we have enough and file for a return. Not sure if the side effect will go away had we continue taking it. The capsule is a normal capsule size and odourless.
