Does it only fit the fiskars blades or can you put the standard blades?

The snap blade tool (770210) accepts all standard size 3/4" (18mm) snap-off utility blades. The little orange button (safety lock) on the right side of the tool must be in the upright position to allow you to push the slide firmly forward enough to release the old blade. The new blade snaps into position when slid into the tool. Be careful. The blades are very sharp.

where are the replacement blades stored within the knife?

This answer is incorrect for the Folding-Pro (770030...). There is no storage space in the handle of the folding knife for extra blades. Steve, M.A.

Does this cut plexiglass?

Depends on what kind of blade you put in it. It most likely will just score it so you can then snap it apart.

Can the blade be locked at different positions or is it just in or fully out?

It can be locked fully out or just some. But blades as they are fully out it can break easy (that happened to me, i was cutting some cactus and it broke extremely easy). But overall it can be locked at any length you need...
