I have found it 2nd best in quality after Organic Psyllium Husk.

Pros-1) Quality of the husk is good.2) Though the outer packing is not a show off type, the inner packing is good and safe.3) They don't waste our money by couriering. They charge only less than 5 Rs to send it by post4) Since the husk seems to be new, you need to use only the half quantity to get the results.cons- a detailed instruction on a paper or website would have helped.
