Review: Amazing Value! - I rarely leave reviews, but this one merits it. I produce comedy shows and needed an affordable, reliable spotlight that would do the job—this has not let me down. I’ve been using it for the last 2.5 months and it’s consistently impressed. This IS a pinpoint spotlight, but for reference, I have it placed high in the back of the room about 35 feet from the stage. The largest aperture setting gives about a 7’ circumference lighting on center stage. I’ve also had it up to 75 ft from center stage where it still had about a 6’ circumference. I’ve had the light on for up to 3-4 hours, it does heat up a bit, but it’s still held up fantastically and it’s nothing a small fan wouldn’t solve. The removable bottom plate is super convenient as well, I normally use it to mount the spotlight onto a 8’ tripod. Overall, no complaints. For the price, you can’t beat this light

A: Yes it does have a plug. I use mine with a dmx dimmer pack. It does not dim with the pack. It is just on and off. There is no switch on the light.
