Excellent machine. I couldn't be happier.
What a great machine! I brew coffee and tea equally, AND hot and cold brews -- what versatility! They take much longer to use than a standard drip machine, but it is evenly coating the grounds and doing whatever magic it is doing to make a great cup/carafe. After much deliberation between whether to get the glass or thermal carafe, I am happy that I chose the glass carafe. The warmer is on the glass carafe configuration, and I questioned whether the thermal would really keep things warm enough. Plus, you can easily see through the glass to make sure that you have cleaned it thoroughly. You can't get your hand down the neck of the carafe to clean it with a sponge, so you do need a brush designed to clean tall glasses -- easy to find in any grocery store. This thing is awesome
This is the best coffee maker I have ever owned. It is not fair to call it a coffee maker because it does so much more. Forget paying $4-$5 bucks for a cup of coffee and get this instead.

Has a pause for 1-2 minutes, steaps coffee in the beginning and at the end.
This is a smart, great, fun coffee pot.So far so good.UPDATE:Well not so good, the coffee pot leaks and does not stop for auto pour.Sad cuz I really like this pot.

Underwhelming for price.
This model was given as gift. It is underwhelming. Model doesn’t tell you sizes of cup. Is the regular cup 6oz or 8oz. I am either over filling or under filling my mug. The water doesn’t completely empty out of storage area. If I am not careful if I move unit it leaks water. It’s too expensive to have all these issues.
