1point less, as the adhesion comes off and the insole shifts. Also the insole is small, i am a size 4 uk ( 36.5) and its still small for me .

Proper measurements of product required
The product size mentioned as size 6 to 10 is not standard. It is too small. Need to give proper measurement for customers to decide. Too much of inconvenience to buy online.

Is light and comfortable, fits well to any shoe as no trimming needed.

I was having pain in my knees because my shoes were bending inwards, the insoles helped level that out and are very comfortable to wear. Although the could be slightly bigger as they they do no fit the entire shoe
