Currently I do not have access to those.

Q: how does this motor mount? My current Smooth treadmill has two holes in the motor's body to mount a bracket to it.

First of all, I hope that the motor is compatible with your unit. On my Horizon treadmill, there is a bracket mounted to the frame with slotted holes for tightening/loosening the drive belt tension. Pay attention to or even mark the position of this bracket before loosening so that it can be returned to the same place. Once the tension is relieved, unbolt the old motor and install the new one. Simple as that ! Good Luck !
