These pads are a game-changer. We consistently use these on all our windows and they work great. Rinse out and use again and again. They hold up well and do not fall apart. Easy for one person to clean all the windows. Keeps from having to hire it out.

Our windows hadn't been cleaned for several months and were grimy. This product is very easy to use -- just rinse with the hose outdoors. It removed most of the dirt and left minimal streaks. All in all, worth the money. You do have to replace the pads after a few uses but they are readily available.

I need to add a new comment. WHY, WHY, can I not get the refill pads???? Out of stock everywhere I look. They are available if you're willing to pay $20-30 per pad. It can't be "supply chain issues" because they're obviously still making the starter kit where there is one pad included. RIDICULOUS!I've tried so many different products over the years to clean my windows. A friend recommended this product and I didn't have high hopes. Nothing is easier than this to clean windows. Hose your window. Scrub over window with the convenient pad/stick and hose down. Simple. No streaking. Just let dry.

I pulled this out and 2 people chuckled at me for believing in the tooth fairy. "You just can't wash windows outside properly."I chose this because it had the Windex name and I figure they are not going to endorse something with their name and it not preform as advertised. This is why I bought it.2 people ate CROW and I was AMAZED at how well it worked and how easy it was.I have 20 windows, 5 foot by 30 inches. And 4 full sized, glass sliding doors. ONE pad did them ALL and did them WONDERFULLY!P.S. BOTH people also ordered them after they saw how easy and how GOOD they worked!

This thing is great! I bought a 4 pack of window cleaner spray from Costco and got started. Even though there is no squeegee and I had to wipe down the liquid to keep it from streaking, I was able to clean every window in my (887 sq ft) house including the sliding glass door in under 15 minutes. I probably could have done it quicker if I just hosed it off or something instead of wiping with paper towels, but I wanted to make sure it was flawless. It worked great on my grimy windows, which hadn't been cleaned in nearly a year. I love that it goes corner to corner.

I was really hoping to love this product but for me it wasn't a miracle. Overall it did a good job at cleaning the exterior of my windows but did leave some streaking. I easily finished with an additional window/glass cleaner and windows came out just fine.

Does good job. Replacement pads quite expensive but can use for many windows. No buckets or cloths to carry around. Wand woks well for hard to reach areas. Good product and was afraid it being so easy it wouldn’t do a good job. But it does!!!!
