It’s so versatile, and I had it completely assembled in one hour. Directions are clear, but the one thing they don’t mention (for those less comfortable with assembly) is to use the Allen wrenches or hex keys provided to hold each bolt still while securing the nut on the other side with the engineer’s wrench (also provided). This bench is very stable and has really taken my workouts to the next level! I also want to point out that it does come with the workout guide, and actually in two formats (one review said that they couldn’t gain access to the workout guide, so I wanted to mention this). The seller included a poster version of the workout guide and sends a card with the QR code for pulling it up digitally. When you do so, you may encounter a page that says “page not found”, but if you click on the 3 lines at the top left and select “resources”, you can get the workout guide for any/all of the benches that they offer. (I just took screenshots of it to have on my phone too.) They also have video tutorials for assembly (I think that’s at the bottom of the page that says “page not found”. Just scroll down.) The adjustments on this bench are perfect and effortless, the wheels make it so easy to move around, and the foot plates are a great addition for hyperextensions. I have also found ways to use this bench for even more exercises by tying a resistance band to the base. This bench is a great addition to any home gym and for the price, a great value too! Review: Great value - This is not a commercial gym quality item (if you're looking for that, there are other, more expensive benches), but it's fairly close and it's excellent for home use. The metal is a fairly heavy gauge and welds appear to be of good quality, with an excellent finish. The bench is stable and balanced well (I'm over 200 lbs. and have no trouble with it) in the various positions, yet it weighs less than I thought it would. The only negatives are: 1. I've seen better assembly instructions. While I was able to assemble the bench without any difficulty, the language could have been more clear, the part names more intuitive, and the drawings a bit small and cluttered. If you're the type of person who prefers to bypass the instructions and try to figure out how the pieces go together on your own, you'll probably be better off because reading the instructions might just add confusion. The company should reconsider their technical writing standards. 2. The red, plastic footrests are probably more of a nuisance than a help. They're not attached to the bench--they only sit on top of the bench's support footing--and they're likely to get kicked aside any time you move the bench (or could even get lost). They're not critical to the operation of the bench, but it's an unfortunate cheap element to an otherwise nice design. 3. There are no instructions on how to use the bench. I've already used a similar bench and knew exactly how to do so, but some people may purchase this item and not be familiar with the exercises and/or proper techniques. The instruction manual didn't talk about how to actually use the bench--only how to assemble it--and there were no pointers to websites or other resources. This isn't critical--a simple web search can find videos and descriptions of what to do, but the company could have easily provided a link to a web page or video resource. This represents a missed opportunity. Overall, given the price of this item compared to its peers, and given the high overall quality, I'd definitely recommend this product. ## Features - FULL-BODY ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT BENCH - Work your arms, back, chest, glutes, hamstrings and core. Only 4 holes out of the tube (if that makes sense). I'll eventually add a review with photos. **Q: what is the weight the Romain Chair can handle ??** A: Weight Capacity: 660LB **Q: I am 4'10". Can I use this bench?** A: Definitely. This bench gets a little more tricky, in my opinion, for customers 6 feet and over. If you are 6'2 (as I am) or above then this bench may be a little confining for you. **Q: Where is the workout chart?** A: Hello! Our workout charts are available here: https://finerform.com/pages/free-workout-chart. Once you enter your customer information, the chart is yours! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome bench and comes with multiple formats of workout guide *by K***. on May 28, 2025* I LOVE this workout bench!
