5 reasons why you need these guitar leads...While gigging regularly, we've used/tripped over many guitar leads (and drunken drummers). So we've learnt a few things about guitar cables, and what you really need from them. Here's 5 reasons why you need these No Bull Music Gear guitar leads in your setup:They keep your sound intact This high grade oxygen-free copper guitar cable won't eat away at your tone, noiseless guitar cable means that (unlike cheaper cables) you won't get that awful 'rattling' sound degrading your sound everytime you move around. Gold plated tips aid conductivity to keep your signal strong. You'll never have to dispose of a guitar leadLifetime warranty on every cable? No problem. If it stops working, you're covered. Your No Bull Guitar Lead is a friend for life. Think how much money you'll save... You can't rip the cable from the plug when someone stands on your guitar leadIt can happen when you play live. Singer stands on your guitar lead while you're moving around, your cheap cable rips away from the plug, then no-one can hear you. No Bull cables are automatically gripped by the internal mechanism of jack plug, meaning they won't rip away. Other cables which use 'spring cable relief (basically a spring stuck out of the plug) tend to lose the spring quickly, then the lead is very easy to rip away from the plug. You can choose your perfect guitar cable Available in various lengths (6m/20ft is recommended for live use, the shorter lengths are more suited to studio/bedroom use), various colours to help you differentiate guitar leads for

Noisy connectors
Very disappointed. Got this for hooking up a home studio, typically pedal to audio interface. They are mostly okay if you don't touch them. But there's some kind of problem with where the wire goes into the connector, and it will crackle if you move it, but it can also randomly crackle. I bought two of these at once and they both do the same. The wire shielding itself is a kind of rubbery plastic and feels quite insubstantial. If it doesn't crackle, the sound quality is fine, but that's no good when it will randomly crackle. Even crappy cheap cables I've bought were okay for a while before crapping out.

Brittle construction = buyers remorse
First use and the cable connection tip broke inside my amps return socket on the effects loop. Now i have a nightmare job trying to extract the broken bit from inside the socket and I'm kicking myself for not spending more on a quality cable. I've been playing guitar for 38 years and never had a guitar cable fail in this manner. The cable is advertised as a premium cable, but the one i received is just the opposite.

Decent, sturdy cables
It's a pretty decent cable. Currently being used as guitar/bass to pedalboard. The cable is quite thin compared to other cables I have, although theres no drop in sound quality. No obvious handling noise and doesn't add any extra hiss to the signal.Nice bright colours means they don't get lost in the myriad black cables we have when we gig and take the full PA.The connectors feel sturdy and are of the Neutrik type, but only bear the 'No Bull' logo.Similarly the cable itself doesn't have any manufacturer details. Solder joints are decent enough and seem solid. These should last a while.Nice little velcro type cable tidy included which saves getting them tangled up.All in all I'm quite happy. No top marks score simply due to the cheap feeling cable, but that's probably more me than the cable capability.

A little on the thin side
I had purchased a couple of mic cables from this company and felt that they were of great quality. I therefore felt assured that the guitar cables would be of similar quality. I was wrong, they are a little on the thin size. They feel as though they should be in the budget bin of a supermarket. If the manufactorers read this revue, please use a thicker more duarable cable. This is why it has lost one star. The connecters in comparrison, seem good. I got the right angle ones as my pedals sit close to the edge of the case, so a normal connector would not fit in well. They do work though and quite well at that. Would I gig with them though? No, is the short answer. A longer answer, is nope, not at all.The reason is they just do not have that ruggid feel about them. thicker cable and they would have been.

Very good at this price point, aptly named "No Bull" product
I bought three 3m cables, they seemed pretty decent to me, quiet, robust cable/jack plug quality, good quality branded velcro cable ties but the main factor for me was that they were pretty inexpensive. I've paid a lot more for bad cables in the past. The secret to this cable's longevity is the "borrowed" design of the jackplug's inner sleeve - once it's locked into position it stops the cable from twisting inside, taking the stress away from the soldered terminals. You could easily pay more for cables that won't last, especially if you gig or tour and there's nothing worse than a broken cable on stage. If you need something that is going to last and you don't want to be fleeced outta you hard earned cash then consider "No Bull" products.

Quality product and fast delivery
I bought this so I could use my mini amp. I have not been able to play my electric guitar for a while. This product works perfectly, and I love the colour. Also it has a handy little Velcro wrap which keeps me tidy when I put it away. I would buy more of these. It’s great they come in different colours as it helps distinguish between whose lead is who’s. Am a very happy bunny. It arrived quickly and packaged well. A nice smooth order. Not noticed any crackling sounds it’s nice and crisp and I am back to feeling the joys of the electric guitar as appose to my acoustic which is nice but different. Happy days :)

Super for the money
I bought these primarily for the colour, to be easy to identify quickly in between all the other cables, these will stay permanent attached to my Pioneer DDJ-SX2 Dj controller, the idea being not to put strain on the rear connections of the controller by constant plugging in and removal, also with space between the controller and flightcase being very small it's a lot easier to have this option. For this money the quality looks way better than I expected, time will tell how they last and perform, but from initial impressions I would definitely buy these again.I won't give them a score for sound and durability as I have not used them enough to give them a fair review on those ratings.

Excellent quality/design, low noise, and hard wearing, no grub screws to fall out either!
Arrived day after I ordered them - incredible but true! No noise or dodgy connections as manufactured to close tolerances and having variety of bright colours and cable lengths to choose from I can use same colour of cables for main speakers and foldback and microphones whichever mixer I'm using - it saves time setting up and packing up. As there are no grub screws to fall out of the cable end fittings, cables last longer and are reliable. Bright cable colours mean less chance of not seeing/tripping over cables at our gigs. What's not to like?
