What is the diameter of the pie plate across the bottom?

These are my measurements, Bottom internal diameter (ID) 7 7/8 inches, top ID 8 7/8 inches. Outer top rim diameter (rim to rim)10 inches.

Are these for making deep dish pies?

These are 1.2" deep according to the manufacturer but deep dish pies are usually 1.5" deep or greater. So, technically not deep dish but, personally, pies made in these hold a lot of filling.

Till what temperature are they safe to use in the oven?

Since I have only used this for 350 degree oven, I can only say that it works really good at that temperature.
