I absolutely love this product, it looks very nice for gatherings, put any beverage alcoholic or none, slice some fruits and bam everyone will be talking about it lol. It’s holds a large amount of liquids, it’s a great party size. The only disclaimer is that it can at times arrive shattered. I ordered 2 of them and one arrived completely shattered and I’ve noticed that the lid’s top part are slightly different so they don’t look identical but still love it. I just recommend ordering them a few weeks or months in advance before an event cause it tends to be unavailable very often. Since it is glass I treat mine very delicately and store them with bubble wrap.

i had a KitchenAid cold brew coffee maker and made iced tea in it but it was too small so we bought this one. i put 2 1oz tea bags in the container put it in the frig and the next morning i have iced tea for a week. keeps it fresh for a few weeks great dispenser

EDITED:We were planning to add caulking or do something creative to fix the spigot. We discovered you can screw in and tighten the seal from inside the jar. It doesn't leak now, so my only complaint is the messy package.I opened the box and was greeted by a mess of static electric styrofoam beads sticking to everything. The styrofoam packaging had crumbled into thousands of pieces. I couldn't even remove them from the glass jar. Tape removed the styrofoam beads them from surrounding surfaces and I opted to use a drain plug to protect my kitchen sink plumbing and rinse them off of the jug with water. It worked, but it took some effort. Finally, hopeful that my hard work had paid off, I filled the jug to try out the spigot. It leaked a steady flow of liquid from the moment the liquid reached the spigot. It's completely useless and it has been a waste of time even opening it. I don't know how I'm going to return it with the packaging already destroyed. So disappointed!

It's only broken twice. I can't stand a little heat.

I was excited about this drink dispenser Sgt I cracked my last one, but the spigot doesn't work- only a tiny drizzle comes out and it's totally worthless for it's intended party purpose. I am very disappointed.

We have had two of these water pitchers. The first one lasted a while and mysteriously got a crack in it. We rebought it’s because we loved it so much. Within a week of repurchasing this item has cracked again. I believe it’s due to the ice that we use in the water. Honestly I would not purchase this if you need to put anything cold in it. It’s great otherwise but definitely not able to withstand cold temperatures.

Nozzle leaked right away at the seal. Thank goodness I caught or it would have been a nasty sweet tea mess! Nice size but tr quality un the nozzle just wasn't there and sent back right away.

It leaks! Really disappointed.
