Throw Pro Throw Training Device (12 oz)

I bought this on Amazon. It has no instructions. No videos. Nothing to tell you how to use it. Nothing to tell you what you should be doing. I went to their web site and found out that they have videos there behind a pay wall, but apparently you get access to those only if you order through their site. If you order through Amazon and contact them, they do a great job of ignoring you. They've already got your money. They don't care if you don't know how to use the product. One star. I'll give it a second star because the gizmo does actually seem well constructed, I just have no idea how to instruct my kids to use it, so instead it sits on the desk and nobody does anything with it.

This is an OK trainer, when your even just sitting around the house you can use this trainer to keep the mechanics fresh and the wrist action going, Great for teaching the youngsters .

My 12 year old was having trouble throwing fast balls, when he threw slow he was fine but when he tried to put some power/pepper behind it he was all over the place. So I purchased this and put a catchers shin guard on his front leg (this was to protect his shin). He didn't like it in the beginning but after a few times now his form is so much better and now can throw some pepper and not be wild.

Christmas gift for my grandson who pitches for his high school team. He likes using it to stay in shape during the offseason.

Don't really understand how this is any better than the sock drill we've been using for years

We are seeing a great improvement and less soreness. We are recommending this to other friends and family for their kids.
