Q: Says made in vietnam. Hoping from a worker-friendly environment and not some poor condition sweatshop? Any way to know?

i received a nice new shirt but it had blood & tears stains from it's history which i feel

Q: Do these T's have a UV rating?

Not 100% sure but the fabric is quite thick for a Henley. That is not meant to sound like a bad thing, it’s very comfy.

Q: I am 5.7” and weigh 195. Will an XL fit right

Hard to say; I am 5'3" and 155 and I bought a large. It fits just right for me.

Q: 100% cotton but is it pre-shrunk?

Don't know if it is pre-shrunk, but I used cold wash/rinse - used drier - my large is now a medium.
