Operations Management reveiw
It is a good book for those who don't know anything about Operations Management. I found it informative, however, some of the math formulas in the book I wasn't too good at. However, everything else is great. I needed the book for an online course I am currently taking, so it suits the purpose.

Hola. Llego con las puntas destrozadas. Con un parche en la parte posterior del lomo. Primera vez que me llega asi. Habia un tremendo sticker en el frontis que decia RENTAL, lo retire el sticker negro. La parte interna si esta completa y conforme el impacto solo es en la pasta. Lamentable.

Dislike the subject but it's a must have for any operations management needs. Includes clear examples with worked answers for all topics. Used throughout my engineering degree and it never let me down.

I am very disappointed by the product recieved ! The cover is scratched and the corners are dammaged !! Very disappointed given that I paid the price for a new book and not a USED book !
