Fits 2019 Grand Caravan even though it says it doesnt
Works great perfect fit for my 2019 Grand Cravan GT. No issues with the strut mounts being crunchy or wearing out in just a few days as others have mentioned. It’s been 1000 miles trouble free and smooth so far

Better than factory
I’ve used KRB products before and have always been impressed by the performance of the product. Immediate difference in the ride and handling of the vehicle. You can’t go wrong. I’ve never had to use customer service because I’ve never had a problem

Not good quality defected
I ordered these Struts from Amazon KYB supposedly some of the best on the market when I got the strut it was defected in multiple places would not recommend this particular strut maybe KY B's other products for better but definitely would not recommend this at all on a Dodge Caravan mine is a 2016

Maybe defective stock sold at discount.
Bearing mount was defective. Had to pay another $50 for a mopar one plus re installation what a waste. Maybe these are defective stock from manufacturer

Premature bearing failure
The bearing/mount failed causing noise when turning the wheels. Lasted less than / days.

No longer a quality worth buying!
After a bit of research online I bought a pair of these (actually an SR4175 for passenger side) for a 2011 Town and Country. Having done complete strut replacements before, these were suppose to be a quicker and more affordable fix than what I've done in past. WHAT A MISTAKE! Do not buy KYB!As soon as I completed the install it was evident the mounts (top of struts) and bearings were bad. Popping and crunching noises could be heard when turning steering wheel and any sort of bump. Not from just one side, but both. I removed mounts and inspected the garbage bearings they tried to mimic Chrysler's original OEM. Junk! Both mounts garbage.Can't call KYB. They don't give any phone number (as I know why now). Emailed their customer support and all I got for a reply was a copy of warranty filing instructions. Oh, and that eBay and Amazon were not authorized sellers of KYB, and therefore, I would have to send (pay shipping) struts back and after inspection they would replace if determined to be manufacturing defect. Of course I pay shipping of replacements. All of this in how many weeks while my van sits without struts?I bought new mounts and bearings from Chrysler. Installed them over KYBs strut with original coils and got van working. No more noise. But now I have $600 instead of $300 into it and all but 1 piece of original OEM. Should of gone that route first time around. Super disappointed! Sick of getting ripped of by manufacturers claiming to make quality products but, in reality, sell you junk.
