no. It comes in a bottle exactly like the picture.

What is the shelf life of an opened bottle?

I don't know the exact shelf life. I have had a bottle opened for a couple of months now and it is still good.

Does it have real mango in it ?

The label doesn’t clearly state it has mango in it? If someone has a mango allergy I would check with the company, the Monin website is very user friendly. It certainly tastes like mango. The label reads: pure cane sugar, water, natural flavors, concentrated lemon juice.

Has anyone used this for ice cream? I talked to the owner of a restaurant serving food from India to flavor vanilla ice cream.

I have used it on top of vanilla ice cream with shaved dark chocolate on top. I’ve also used it to make Black Berry mousse. It’s my favorite flavor. But you may be able to make ice cream. I would put it in a small pot and carefully cook it down, stirring the whole time, to make a concentrate, being careful not to put the heat too high or you’ll end up with crystals or burnt syrup. This is so your ice cream doesn’t get runny.
