The most amazing balm ever! My 2 year old is going through TSW (topical steroid withdrawal) he scratches until he bleeds and this is the ONLY balm that helps with his terrible terrible itch. NOTHING ELSE WORKS! I have tried so many different all natural balms and gotta say hands down balmonds is the best! My son's skin is raw and this balm DOES NOT STING AT ALL!! I honestly wish they had a bigger jar to buy considering I have to use this all over his body multiple times a day! I use the balm with balmonds omega-Rich cleansing oil & do "wet wrapping" for him 3-4 times a day and this stuff is a LIFE SAVER !! My son has a lot of food allergies and has very sensitive skin. He is not allergic to any of the ingredients so it works really well for him. But I have seen some reviews saying they got a rash- that's why balmonds states on the jar to do spot testing ! The smell isn't the best but it's not the worst either. The smell doesn't bother me because I know how well it helps heal my sons skin! I first heard of this cream from a friend in the UK who recommended it for me. I am a senior adult (65) and have some dermatitis issues, as well as compromised skin which comes with age. I had skinned my shin (too active for my own good) and it has scabbed over. I ordered Balmonds Skin Salvation cream from Amazon to try it, hoping that the thin skin on my shin would not scar or become infected in any way. Well, I used it for four days, twice a day, on this scraped skin. The photo shows an extreme closeup of the worst area which was a deep gouge. I thought certain it would either get infected or leave a deep scar. Nope, not after using Balmonds for just four days. The skin is clear and even the deep gouge is just pink healing skin now. To my complete wonder this cream actually healed the injury faster, leaving no trace of scarring nor infection. I cannot believe it! I also have, from time to time, derm bumps on the nape of my neck at the hairline which are, according to my derm doc, caused by the fact that I do have dermatitis often and when I sweat (fan of the gym) the sweat will collect there and cause these bumps. I decided I had nothing to lose by putting Balmonds on them overnight. I did and presto, the next morning they were gone, literally gone! I applied a think coat of Balmonds the next morning before exercising just to ensure I had a sweat barrier. They have not come back and it is a week later. This product is really of a salve consistency, which you can warm in your fingers/hand before applying. This is a natural salve. It contains no dyes or fragrance. If you have allergic rashes (yep tried it on my granddaughter's rash and it worked), derm issues, eczema, etc, please try this. You have nothing to lose and healed skin to gain. At the pricepoint offered on Amazon, it is far cheaper than any other solution I have tried.

So I bought this and another homeopathic cream I wanted to give a try (mother of all creams) because I had hives from the medication I was taking. I figured one of them will work. I was wrong. Neither worked for my hives, this is a great alternative for lotion though. I think it depends on why you have hives in the first place. The product that worked for my hives was Vanicream. I’m not knocking this product, I’m just saying it didn’t work for me. Vanicream is not homeopathic, you can get it here on Amazon and cvs and Walgreens. I’m glad it worked for others. One thing I will say is that I have dry skin and this is great for that.

I don’t really write reviews. But this product is well deserving of a one. I think I’ve become a bit of a skin expert in my own right. Both my daughter and I suffer from very severe eczema which is very aggressive and debilitating. We have been to see everyone in the medical profession that we have access to both on the NHS and privately. They have in every case drawn a blank as to how to resolve our skin problems. We have literally tried everything. The only thing that has helped until now is totally cutting sugar from our diets which in itself is debilitating and difficult to manage. My wife read an article of a women who used Balmonds Skincare on her sons skin who suffered from what I can only describe as the same as my daughters skin condition. So I researched Balmonds and ordered some. It arrived on Christmas Eve and I wrapped it as a Santa Gift for my Daughter. Chritmas Day came and she opened the gift. My wife and I made such a big deal of the new special cream that Santa has delivered that was going to take away her little skin monsters. My daughter was mesmerised that Santa wanted to take her skin monsters away. The moment of truth was upon us. She came out of the bath and we dried her off. It was like a celebration for her to get her new cream out on. So we took the leap and applied the cream all over the backs of her legs. My advice is to take about a pea sized amount and rub it between your fingers to soften the cream into a ointment consistency then evenly apply the cream over the affected areas. I massaged the cream in and then put in her trousers. We got on with Christmas Day and forgot about the cream even at bed time we had forgotten we had applied the cream not having realised that my daughter had complained of itching. The next morning before bath time we inspected her legs and I have to say the results we’re unbelievable. Her skin still soft and moist. No redness, not inflammation and a lot clearer than the day before. My daughter almost brought us to tears by saying Santa has taken the monsters away. Since Christmas Day both my daughter and I have used the cream. The results improve each day with my daughters legs being almost completely clear. Believe the hype of this cream. It is amazing. I wouldn’t generally spend the time in writing a review but for me I want to spread the word of this cream to give other people the same experience I have had. Thanks

Wonderful salve! I get eczema occasionally around my eyes and this has helped tremendously with the itch and flaking of skin.

Perfect moisturizer for eczema

The best thing I've found for hand that are dry and cracked from washing dishes. It is "greasy" and leaves and film of oil on the hands longer than most lighter options, but I believe that is why it is so effective.

I've had problems with dry, cracked knuckles and hands that are so painful. Other moisturisers just aren't enough. I saw a segment on this (large predatory fish habitat) and how it was created for this exact reason. I am so glad I tried it because it works so well to soothe and repair dry skin. A little goes a long way, too. For my hands the little jar lasted a good while, too. I just finished it and ordered the 60ml this time.
