I use this for making coffee creamer. It dissolves well. I would have given it 5 stars if the flavor was more intense.

I use this in smoothies practically every day. It works better than coconut flakes since it dissolves well and doesn't leave the smoothie lumpy or too thick. Good coconut taste without being too sweet. Priced well and will buy again. Thanks

Be careful, this stuff could be addicting! I tried tasting a spoon of the powder (be careful not to inhale powder!) and it just melts into creamy coconut goodness the moment it touches your tongue, like some kind of confection. I am hooked. Now I'm off to find recipes to use it in that won't make me feel guilty.

I use it in my coffee to replace unhealthy coffee creamer. Mild coconut flavor but tolerable in my coffee. Brain hasn't fully awaken yet anyways. Powder is easier than liquid. Liquid you have to refrigerate and will chill the coffee temperature. So I found this powder works. All pure coconut milk products are expensive. Pure is the keyword. Don't be mislead READ the ingredients. Lot of products have sugar and junk added..

I've used this product for years, it's great for when a recipe calls for just a little coconut milk and not a whole can. I have also used it to replace a whole can when I was out and had good results. I always keep it on hand.
