Soothes my neck
Smaller than it seemed in photo. Wasn't sure it was working at first, but after leaving it on longer I felt the warmth & it was very soothing.

very effective, a great surprise
I was pretty amazed by this little wrap, I felt the intense warmth within probably 10 minutes, I think less. It gives me the sensation of warming my whole body. I can't say what the therapeautic effects are, but it makes my neck feel good and I am sure it has a relaxing effect. It is very comfortable, I forget I have it on, I just wear a turtle neck over it.

Extremely scratchy and does nothing for neck pain
I bought it to hold silicon gel on my neck for wrinkles, and I was hoping it would help with my chronic pain on the back of my neck. It does hold the silicon in place - but the velcro above and below that made a sore (and I don't do a sloppy job of lining up the top and bottom pieces - the velcro is just too wide). Does absolutely nothing for neck pain.
