Smaller than expected
This was a gift, it was smaller than I expected and a bit more dainty then I thought , for a man’s gift we would have preferred a something a bit more substantial, even for a woman coach it was smaller than I would have liked

I’m so upset by this. I have returned two of these keychains once already and you send me the SAME two keychains again. The boxes are labeled as “coach keychain” and the key chain in the box (pictured) is definitely not for a coach.
