Great tool!
I use Milwaukee tools exclusively as a professional mechanic and this is a great addition. Pretty much indestructible.

The Milwaukee 2803-22 is GREAT and powers the K-Drill for ice fishing perfectly
I've removed my initial review on this as it was negative and WRONG. I had the drill settings wrong, so the malfunction was totally on me. There are two speed settings, 1-low, 2-high, I had that right by setting it on 1. There are torque setting from 2-14, which are for protecting your project. I mistakenly had the torque set to the highest at 14 which stops the drill when that torque level is hit. This is a great feature to keep you from ruining your project. It also stops the K-Drill from drilling through ice. Use the Drill Setting, icon looks just like a drill bit, not a Torque limit. With that done, the K-Drill goes through the ice like magic. I apologize to Milwaukee for my horrible misleading incorrect review.

Very well-made, excellent drill driver! A lot of power for all your household needs. I like the sturdy carrying case as well.

Excellent build quality and great battery life
This drill is the real deal. It is made to last and will do everything you need to do with a drill. It has tremendous power and the battery life is awesome. I keep my drill in my truck to have it handy all the time.

To start off with I used this drill with my k drill 2 times (about 10 holes total) it worked good and had lots of power until I was drilling a hole and all of a sudden it just stoped. Thinking it was cold I tryed hearing it up still nothing so I took it home and let it sit for a while then tried using it agin and it started smoking, now it won’t even turn. I’ve been using makita drills and tools for a long time and I’ve never had any issues with them, save yourself some time and money and don’t buy Milwaukee.
