Perfect size pot!
I have been looking all over for a pot like this for big stew meals and to start making my own vegetarian tamales and came across this one. It's way bigger than I thought and is really easy to handle. The steamer insert is the perfect height to put lots of tamales in end the pot itself is really well made. I will be cooking lots of soups in this as well. A great buy for a great huge pot!

Perfect size and great quality
I needed a new tamale pot and decided on this one. I’m extremely pleased with it. It’s sturdy and I love that it’s lightweight so I don’t have to worry about storing it on a high shelf and lifting it full of tamales and water is no problem. Every batch of tamales I have made in it came out great. I look forward to finding other uses for this pot as well. If you need a small to medium sized tamale pot this is perfect, attractive, and a great price. I can fit about 35 tamales in one at a time (granted I make mine quite large) if you need more space than that, look for a larger pot.

MY CRAB STEAMER POT- A DREAM COME TRUE
I was so pleased to purchase this pot. I use it to steam crabs. At first I couldn’t figure out how to place the insert part but I saw a picture of how it goes inside the pot. I love the fact that the pot is sturdy but not too heavy for me to lift. Cleanup is a breeze! I really enjoy my Maryland Blue Crabs using your product. Glad I found it😁🦀🦀😁😁😁

Great pot for the price, especially for a beginner tamale maker.
I'm a beginner tamale maker so it was hard to want to drop a lot of money on a tamale pot/steamer. My Nana used to have one of these growing up so I decided to try it out.When it arrived it did have a minor dent on the lid but nothing that would affect the function of it. Not a big deal to me but worth the mention. It likely came from the shipping process.I can get it to hold about 2 dozen tamales when they're stacked vertically. It gets the job done nicely. Easy to clean. The only pain is finding a place to store it since it's such a large pot.

Perfect Stockpot
This is a perfect stockpot for making large batches of soup or stew. Great for cooking homemade pasta. Super for steaming tamales or boiling dumplings. It's so easy to clean. A needed addition to my cookware.

Very large, high quality
The steam shelf sits in the bottom of the pot. I thought that it hung from the top, and it took me forever to figure it out.It holds quite a bit of food to steam, and the water in the bottom is enough for a couple hours.It works great for the tamales that I got it to cook, would recommend.
