5/5 stars from me. Very happy to have a (mostly) complete first season. Still missing the banned episodes but I don’t think that’s a reasonable expectation. Just keep in mind this won’t contain any of the banned episodes and you’ll be very happy with the set

Finally found a complete set
I have been a fan of Pokémon ever since I was a little kid. The blu-ray “champion edition” does not contain all of the episodes, so when I found this complete set for a great price I had to pick it up. Box came factory sealed and in great condition

It’s pokemon! It’s gen1! It’s great! I have watched countless animated shows over the years some with good theme songs some with not good theme songs but no matter how good the theme song I always end up skipping the theme after 1 or 2 episodes.... until POKÉMON! I let this theme song play for every episode cause it is that amazing and I never get enough of it. The show is also just so classic following two of my favorite anime characters ever, and Brock, as they travel to gain entrance to the Pokémon league. Pikachu, bulbasaur, squirtle, pidgeoto, Charizard... love it. It hurts so much though seeing the caring loving Charmander evolve into the defiant charmeleon. I felt bad for ash and charmander after that. If you like Pokémon you can’t not like this.

小学生と年中の子供たちが何回も観ています。初期のが好きみたいです。私はよくわからないですが、サン&ムーンも買ったら一回観ただけで、こちらの方がよく観てます。映画も何作品か買ったら、毎日日替わりで観て、ポケモン好きになりました。リージョンフリーのプレイヤーで観てます。英語ですが、子供たちは気にしてないみたいです。

I needed cheering up while looking for a new job and this trip down memory lane was just the ticket. Had a little smile when I noticed despite removing the Jinx episode there were many glimpses of it with full black face! Not very thorough censorship TV Kids. Missing episodes not worth knocking any stars of this timeless classic! NB This is a Region 1 disk do please ensure you have a working multi-region player before buying. There is no excuse for ignorance these days when sellers clearly state this.
