Easy install
The originals were too short, making water flow right at the edge of the sink. These are a bit longer, much better for hand washing.

Love this faucet. My husband installed it quickly. The flow was a little more restricted than we like so he removed the little plastic restrictor cap thing from inside and it couldn't be more perfect.

Worth the buy.
Hard to find appliances that aren't halfway just plastic or a cheap hollow metal. These are solid and heavy-duty. You'll have to buy your own hoses, but that's an affordable addition.

Look good and perform well
I have just installed these so I can't speak to how long they last but they work well. Faucets are covered by a ten year limited warranty. Since this has a ceramic cartridge, it can be expected to have a long life and the replacement cartridges are reasonable in price, $11 at the time this review was written.

Great quality!
So I hated to spend this much money for a set of taps. After all it was only to replace a 60 year old set of small English style sink taps at the cottage. Well I’m glad we spent the money. They are a very attractive, stylish and high quality set of taps. Easy install although the directions were scant which left us wondering what the extra parts were for, and I am plumbing savvy.Some complaints had been: the lower flow and; the direction of the off/on turns. Well in our case, due to the small size and shape of this old porcelain sink, we are elated that they are a lower flow. The previous set blasted water out of the sink and onto the floor, walls and user! As for the shut off direction, seems pretty straight forward to us. Easy peasy lemon squeeze. Just a dream to operate. We would definitely buy this company’s product again. And while they came from some distance away, we received them in very short order.
