Update: FEZIBO reached out to me after my initial review and apologized for the odor issue and sent me another free of charge. This one was odor free so I guess the first just had a manufacturing error of some kind. Needless to say I love this now and it’s absolutely perfect, no complains. If you end up with a smelly one just reach out to them and I’m sure they’ll make it right for you too. I bought this to help provide some fatigue relief to me when I’m at my standing desk. It works wonderfully! The material is soft but sturdy and is comfortable for standing on for hours at a time. I don’t know if the rocking aspect really incentivizes more motion or calorie burning but my Apple Watch seems to think I’m moving more and it’s definitely helping me meet my stand goals each day more consistently, as I’m not constantly needing to sit down to give my legs/back a break. The ONLY downside is how smelly this thing is. Whatever comfortable material they’re using also stinks an ungodly amount. It’s bad enough that I have to close off my study or it stinks up the rest of the house. It’s bad enough that if I don’t open a window and run my overhead fan while I’m in there with it it’ll give me a headache and make me nauseous. It’s bad enough that I have to store it in my garage whenever I’m not using it to make that side of my house tolerable. It’s really bad. It’s a shame about the stink because otherwise I’d easily give this five stars, it’s a wonderful product.

I like it very much, it is different from other balance mats, because it is very satisfactory for my shaking design. 1 It is very helpful for the working status in the afternoon. When I started working in the afternoon, I was very sleepy, but when I stood on the balance board, I could shake slowly, or swiftly swing left and right, I could feel for my blood flowing, and quickly restore my passion for work. I am very grateful for it. 2 Good design, very comfortable for standing It is great and has functions for stretching and massage，keep my feet moving throughout the day and my legs limber. And the 'massaging" part of on the balance area of the mat is not to be overlooked. I'm very satisfied with this mat 3 Its load-bearing capacity is really strong As a man of weighing 300 pounds, I can stand on it and shake it slowly to exercise my balance. It can perfectly match to me. I am very satisfied with it.

You can use it right out of the box. Comes with resistance bands, but I doubt I will use them. Works well with my standing desk. I have been struggling with some calf/ankle/foot issues since the beginning of the pandemic. Hoping that getting a little extra movement in during my workday. I'm a very fidgety person and find the ability to rock back and forth really comforting. Keeps my knees from getting locked, and the foot massaging pad is quite pleasant. This is good-enough quality. I saw some reviews that complained about it falling apart quickly, but I figure this is a great price point to try it out and see if it enhances the standing desk experience. My only regret is that it went on sale right after I bought it, and even though I'm short (5'3), I wish I had gotten the large. I like standing with a wide stance sometimes, and the medium just allows me to get my feet shoulder-width apart.

Update to "Six Months Later" update! Fezibo is a fantastic company to work with! They saw my review and the pictures of the chipping rubber coating and have voluntarily provided a new one for me!!! Thank you, Fezibo! I will definitely check out other items you all carry! --------------------------------------- Six Months Later: Although I have enjoyed this balance board, unfortunately I am experiencing some of the quality issues with the rubber portion on which you stand. One of the short edges is "chipping" off badly only to find little pieces of black rubber all over the floor. Additionally, along one of the long sides, the rubber topping had started pulling away from the wood and unknowingly a portion had torn, so I glued it back today. I see that now this same item is selling for $20 less than the $69.99 I paid in May 2019! How many others are having this same issue with the rubber portion coming apart? ------------------------------------------- I have been using a standing desk for 2 1/2 years and I do not sit at all anymore! I used to sit down for lunch but actually have put my chair in the corner of my office and just continue to work right through and eat my lunch standing! Prior to about a month ago when I purchased this Fezibo stability balance board, I was on a stationary anti-fatigue mat that was rather pricey. Granted it felt good as long as I took off my shoes to stand on it, otherwise my shoes were tearing it apart. I can't knock it as I did come to standing because of it! My back no longer hurts at the end of the day. Now that I have this Fezibo board, I LOVE LOVE standing and rocking back and forth as I work. I am a high energy person so this fits into my days perfectly. For this board, though, I do need to be either bare-footed (or socks) because I do not want to tear it up and the rocking motion with heeled shoes may not be so ergonomically smart. It's fun to bend slightly at the knees and press from side-to-side...picture skiing down a mountain and that motion you use with your knees! If standing stationary on the mat has done wonders over the last two years for me, I look forward to the next two years with this balance board! Thank you Amazon and Fezibo for a great product!!!

The foam is really comfortable and allows for longer standing times without feeling tired.

This one cost twice as much as another brand I bought locally, thinking it's better quality. But I was wrong. After 3 weeks of use ( 1 to 2 hours daily ) and the bottom panel has peeled off. Board itself is rather small, need to be a bit bigger.

This is REALLY a FANTASTIC PRODUCT!!! As like most, I found myself working from home during COVID-19 behind a standing desk. However, what I wasn't prepared for was the amount of swelling in my feet and calves when standing for 6+ hours. Something had to be done, which led to research uncovering multiple anti-fatigue options for many different preferences, situations, and goals. The deciding factor for me came when I was introduced to the board through a review by Youtuber 'tape3 studios'. I decided to try. This has been fantastic for someone with fidgety feet, and in general enjoys feet massaging. Where it is really taking off for me is working my upper glutes, and in-place cardio (sorta like an elliptical). COVID-times have forced me to be a bit more creative with my cardio work, and I've found that stepping on the board fairly quickly has replicated marching in-place. The curvature of the board places natural focus on upper glutes, and I'm finding myself doing these step-type exercises more and more when not working (ie., watching tv/youtube). In the end, I'm finding this a very comfortable way to increase my daily step count, on top of my actual cardio work (jogging, HIIT). Again, I find this a great product for people with fidgety feet. Finally, I should point out that I have one of those anti-slip/office chair mats underneath my desk, which gives me a bit of confidence in that I'm not destroying my floor, nor irritating my downstairs neighbours. As well, it may take a little stress of destroying the convex-side coating of the board. The build quality has been really good for my board - super confident in using it daily. I really like, and it works for me!! PLUS, I received these nice resistance bands with my board!! I'm not sure if Fezibo provided them or the seller (I think Fezibo), but it was a thoughtful value-add, so I'm grateful! Very, very nice product!

I received my board today. I have an amazing adjustable standing desk by progressive and this board completes it perfectly. A few hours into using it to wobble side to side I changed it up to front to back and was pleasantly surprised, it feels amazing, perhaps because the bend is more natural on the foot/ankle. I hope this board holds up as I will be standing on it 4 to 6 hours per day. Highly recommend it. I will report back in a few months on durability.
